    If you are not in your room a message can be left and we will post it outside your door.

Cancellation Policy:
We have taken your credit card number to guarantee your reservation. Your deposit may be forfeited should you be forced to cancel within 10 days of arrival - unless, of course, your room can be rebooked.
Reservations: Please note that reservations made more than 12 months in advance are approximate rates and are subject to change.

Payment Policy:
Payment by cash, personal check, VISA, Mastercard, or American Express.
We also accept BBAV and BedandBreakfast.com gift certificates and gift cards.
There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
