The William Miller House VALUE Proposition
During challenging times, we are all looking for value. While hotels charge extra for over-priced breakfasts, overpriced mini-bar snacks, over-priced evening wine, even over-priced parking, and are subject to 14% in room and sales taxes plus meals taxes on your breakfast, The William Miller House provides, in true southern hospitality, a free hearty gourmet breakfast, free snacks, free evening wine hour, free parking and the only additional charge is 5% sales tax. VALUE – a hotel rate can almost double by checkout, at the William Miller House, you can make your plans knowing the total cost upfront. Choose VALUE over room rate…

William Miller,
proprietor of
the Rogers and Miller
Marbleworks, built this Greek-Revival style home about 1869. The charm of the original marble mantles, and architectural details have been carefully preserved while
the "necessities" of today: air conditioning, updated plumbing
and electrical
systems, and newly-tiled baths serve to pamper you. Previously featured on
the Fan District Association's Holiday House Tour, this Bed and
Breakfast offers two guest rooms, one with queen bed and the other with king bed. Each features an en-suite, private bath offering both bath tub and shower. Rooms
are graciously-sized and incorporate a sitting area; however, guests are
invited
to relax
in the delightful parlor with fireplace on the main floor or enjoy the
porch and patio area in temperate weather. Your
full gourmet breakfast is served each morning on a collection of platters acquired during European travels. Resident cockapoos,
Nuggett and Sandi, stand ready to accompany you to the porch - should you invite their company.
Inspected and Approved!
